1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
At KANASA Footwear, we aim to deliver our handcrafted leather products to your doorstep in pristine condition.
- Prepaid Orders above ₹700: FREE Shipping nationwide.
- Orders below ₹700: Shipping charged at live courier rate for your pincode.
- Cash On Delivery (COD): Flat ₹60 COD processing fee per order to cover courier verification services.
2. Order Processing & Handcrafting Time
Every pair of KANASA sandals is quality-checked before dispatch:
- In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Custom or handcrafted batches may take 2 to 3 business days for final polish and packaging.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
3. Delivery Estimates & Regional Timelines
We partner with premier express courier networks (BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees, DTDC) to deliver nationwide:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days post dispatch.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns): 4 to 7 business days post dispatch.
- Special / Remote Destinations (J&K, North-East regions): 5 to 9 business days.

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner:
- You will receive an automated Email and SMS containing your unique AWB Tracking Number and courier tracking link.

For your convenience, Cash On Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India:
